Our sushi masters at Con Gusto Catering have been very busy the last few months providing luxury sushi catering for corporate events.
We recently did a corporate lunch for 75 in the centre of London, showcasing a selection of sushi, both vegetarian and fish and of course a selection of sashimi.
In the third picture is prawn tempura sushi with spring onion which was absolutely the favourite dish of the guests. Perhaps because it provides a cooked options, it means even the most timid of sushi lovers get to fully enjoy the experience as not everybody is as open to raw fish as we are!
We also provided a full vegetarian sushi table with shitake sushi, tamago nigiri amongst other vegetarian options. Having a vegetarian sushi table is always a great idea when catering for a sushi lunch or dinner as often many guests like to mix between fish and vegetable dishes. Our tamago also goes down very well!
On the left is our rainbow salmon and salmon gravadlax (beetroot cured salmon) with layered fish both on top and inside the sushi. Mixed with avocado and topped with dill mayonnaise this is also a much loved dish amongst our clients.
We also have a full set of Japanese crackle glaze chinaware which provides the fully authentic experience when catering for a Japanese lunch.
