Meet Our Chefs
Con Gusto Catering is the fruit of collaboration between 3 michelin star chefs in London. They are all originally from Italy and have a flair for creating iconic dishes using carefully selected seasonal ingredients. Their vision and contribution of fresh ideas means our menus are ever evolving and can be bespoke for your event. Our chefs' expertise mean you, your family and friends can savour the best culinary delights created by their unique collaborations.
They are led by head chef Rigels Tufa (on the left) who has worked across michelin star restaurants across Italy, Canada and the UK before creating Con Gusto Catering. His vision as a luxury caterers London, is to create unique, high-end dishes, using the best seasonal ingredients and products available. Mattia, (middle) from a strong background with Robuchon, has a modern approach to the classics. Bledi (right) is trained in Japanese cuisine and specialises in sushi and sashimi. He is the creative mind within the team of chefs and makes our sushi catering an exciting new part of our specialities.
Our London personal chefs are available for private chef hire, sushi catering or for luxury private dinners. The friendly and professional team will make sure your London catering is one to remember.

We pride ourselves on choosing the highest quality of ingredients, and carefully choose our products making sure that they are always responsibly farmed and also that they are always cruelty free. This also includes using only free-range eggs in our dishes so you can be sure of its ethical origin.
We are also opening our first Con Gusto Italian restaurant in the Royal Arsenal Riverside.
